Knowledge Management, a lever for innovation
What is the relationship between KM and Innovation - what is the difference between creativity and innovation? What are the business drivers for Knowledge Management? How leveraging ideas for effective innovation? (case study Starbucks))
Fostering cultural and collaborative framework
Which factors can foster innovation within a team? what are the main cultural barriers and obstacles to successful Knowledge Management? How to handle these? What are the best practices for instilling a collaborative/ knowledge sharing culture? (results of the questionnaire "Team Climate Index" - business game to identify best practices)

Methods to boost team creativity and innovation
Which (simple) methods/processes can you deploy to foster creativity / innovation in your team? What is the scope and which are the benefits of 4 specific methods? (review and discussion of those methods per small groups)
Deploying an effective knowledge sharing environment
What could be the Knowledge Management priorities for participants? (review of the Knowledge Management House, a metaphor illustrating the KM processes and discussion about how organizations KM house could look like in 2020)
Which are the key takeaways of the training.
